Z2 play is available on Flipkart for 28K. I don't care about offline market. My comparison was between two online selling phones.

I don't think it's fair for these phones to be widely compared to a OnePlus/XiaoMi though. Those are charity organizations.

OnePlus 5 launching on June 22 has 64GB Internal and 6GB RAM with Snapdragon 835 and a lot better camera for INR 33k. A flagship device. Why would someone pay 28k for this phone?

You get Oneplus 3 for cheaper price. Why are they charging, 28k for a low/mid segment phone?

This phone is overpriced. It costs 10k Rs extra over the Moto G5 Plus and we get a slightly better processor, 32 GB more storage and an OLED display. Everything else is literally the same. Not worth the extra 10k in my opinion. Better wait for the Asus Zenfone 3 zoom in India

So this is the true effect of Chinese wannabe's to high caliber brands.

Hoping Oppo and Huawei won't overtake the branded brands when thet get successful, especially not Sony for their innovative products that only need better marketing and better software processing to be successful.

I'm fine of Apple being handled by a Chinese OEM - they pretty much belong to those types nowadays.
Idc about HTC so I won't say anything, but LG can either be overtaken or not - be taken for no hardware defects (boot loop) but not to be taken for the superb camera technology.

I think that's all, haha.

Give me the same price for in the US and I'll take one, for being $500 in US, I rather get the original Z Play with bigger battery.

Thank God Motorola isn't Samsung, if Motorola was a Samsung, I wouldn't buy a Motorola and suffer bloated slow software.

64gb/4gb is the one sold in India right? If that's it, it's not too bad

Well, at a $435 price tag for India, it's slightly questionable. But let's say that there's some freebies as well.

25000 Rs would have been an acceptable price considering flagship level build quality but at 28000 it's just rip off. OP3T is available at 30 K. Probably Lenovo want to compensate it's losses on Lenovo phones by overpriced Moto phones.

Considering Moto Z Play was launched at INR 25k and is better in some aspects, this Z2 Play is a waste and unnecessary.

And while I am at it, how much does the Z Play cost in India now?? Haven't they dropped the price since??

And op3t takes noisy photos. and has several reliability issues.
