I don't know if it's a good marketing strategy to openly degrade your previous flagship after 9-10 months its been out. I would be mad if I'd purchased a 3T last year November, or anytime.
Glad I didn't do that and makes me wonder if I'd ever want to purchase any OP phone.
Seems like they consciously design inferior portions of flagships (to make marketing advantages from this when their new product is complete), rather than doing the best they can for the specified price range.
Why don't they draw conclusions by comparing the 5 to the iPhone 7 Plus or the LG V20's recording...

The sound quality sounds much better, I have had so so many highend mobiles over the last 15 years & virtually all of then have been so so bad at recording loud music.

I've always been a OnePlus fan and defended the company on multiple ocaasions during op2 "fiasco" .. have a op3 and very happy with it . Thought they r finally moving in the right direction .But there is no freakin way that design is justified .
I just hope op6 or op7 turns out right coz i don't care about this phone anymore, was excited for it but lost all hope now.

I doubt that slot will house a MicroSD card considering past OnePlus history, but I am keeping my fingers crossed for it.......
