Scroll to 2:44, the grill on the wall is far sharper on HTC than LG 2X's, You can read the text on the DOOR SIGN at 3:02 ("fmtx") on HTC but you can't on LG, just about everything is sharper with HTC. The downside of HTC is the microphone, it sound very bad as if its only recording in mono. Also the light sensitivity is terrible in HTC - its as if its night time if you turn to a darker corner.
So, video quality HTC wins, light sensitivity LG wins, audio recording LG wins.

both are crap
the same megapixel war is coming to video recording
look how choppy and useless both are, so what if its 1080p, a 100 dollar Full HD recording random cybershoot can shoot pure 30 frames.
the iPhone 4 back when it came out did the best 720p at smoother 30, the N8 after the Camera Mod does beauitful 720p, very high in MB but still its there (regular N8 is mediocure)
its time to get atleast proper 720p in phones.
This is a joke and HTC camera's are the worst, anyone who's had to use them knows this

HTC as a whole is great but i doubt on Camera Dept. in my opinion, HTC is worst company in Camera Dept.
Nokia and SE are best in this Dept.
