Sunny, 14 Jun 2017is this Safe Website ? will it deliver to my Country ? Never heard of gearbest before? It surely is trusted, but also very well known to install its own distributor ROM instead of official ones on Xiaomi phones. Just keep that in mind and change your ROM right away to either official CN/Global or EU ROM for the best experience.

will not EVER buy a xiaomi phone again. they have too many bloats and too much control over the phone. its like anything you do is recorded. like even if you turned the xiaomi app updates off, you'll be surprised to see it again updated by itself. then you uninstall updates, and make sure auto update is turned off, then same thing happens. will surely miss the battery life of xiaomi phones but i do not want the manufacturer to control me.

The code is not working for me.

Great value for money phones (flagships, etc). And yes, it makes sense to consider the Mi6 for a cheaper price compared with the rumoured higher price of the OP5.

AnonD-212908, 13 Jun 2017Is xiaomi worth it in there long run?i'll be frank, NO. hardware wise, i have 2 previous xiaomi myself (redmi note 2 and redmi note 3), one of them has volume button problem, it is still working but u need to press harder which is annoying, and the other one has dead pixel in the screen, and not even a year usage. my friend's redmi note 3 has battery problem after the warranty worn out (1 year), made him dismantle the body, pull out the battery and put it back. many xiaomi phone has no gorilla glass, very prone to scratch, but should be ok because many people use screen protector anyway.

The good thing about xiaomi is their forum community is huge.

JMTM, 13 Jun 2017XIAOMI is totall shit to use in North America... they reall... moreThe Mi6 has band 20 unlocked. And Xiaomi doesn't sell any phones in North America nor has any interest to for the time being, so they won't pay licensing fees for bands that is not used in the countries they operate. There is also unofficial ways to unlock all the bands (check Xda developers). They won't be a hit in North America due to brand loyalty and Chinese stigma, and Xiaomi has limited funds to expand so they target developing markets such as India to become a household name with a solid income before they try to penetrate a saturated market such as the USA. So far it is working out great for them, give them time or live with the small compromise of slower internet speeds (at worst). Everyone in my family uses grey imported Xiaomi's that I maintain, it really isn't a problem.

AnonD-212908, 13 Jun 2017Is xiaomi worth it in there long run?My sibling has been using Xiaomi's Redmi Note 3 for about a year and a half without any problems whatsoever. Mind you, I am not sure if all the models are flawless. I personally have been using Huawei's P1 since 2012(!!!), without any issues. Replaced the battery, and the SD card. The phone itself seems like a good device, sturdy and good enough for basic daily tasks.

AnonD-212908, 13 Jun 2017Is xiaomi worth it in there long run?I had my Mi5 since last year (bought it on a sale for $215). I installed LineageOS on it and this phone is practically perfect. Flawless performance equal to that of a Pixel, the camera is good enough and the battery life has been good as well. Definitely the best you can get for your money.
