CAMAROMANIAC3, 19 Jun 2017It is quite clear as to who is the bigger sheep. And who ha... moreYou are funny. You really know nothing about technology, ain't you? Have you ever used a symbian? Minding the fact that you think s40 series were smartphones, it is clear to state that, you did not;)... S40 series are crappy java phones and i used them just when my smartphones were broken. Now, symbian smartphones are s60 series this number is not just a better version of s40, it is actually under the hood name for NOKIA symbian smartphones, symbian is a complete other system! Java phones were from low end to high end but they were still java s40...! S60 however, are symbian devices also raging from low to high end but not changing the s60 series number. Capici "Smart" one? So you used a java phone for all this years i used symbian smartphones, wow that's impressive, you are a tech guy;)! In a time where apple released a subpar system/phone that obvious had nothing that can be called smartphone on it, pretty much a java phone with touchscreen, and android, a system that it is still not able to install apps directly on sdcard with a user interface sooo needed pup-up... their was Symbian, a system that was called a lot of times: to complicated, a system that was killed by it's own complexity, the system i used for almost 10 years, and i am looking for limited functionality? But let's go back to that pup-up i was talking about. What it means? A pup-up that allows the user to decide where the app will be installed, live, capici? Live, on the spot, exactly like on windows, if you know what that is. A simple but so much needed future among sooo many other symbian had in 2002 and android does not have in 2017. I let ios out for obvious reasons, the system is to simple to even be able to hold added storage, another thing symbian was able to do in 2000. Now, go back to bad, is nappy time.

Jin, 19 Jun 2017Ok. Now we all know how much you knew about Nokia. You use... moreNot that i do not agree with you, just that. S60 series are symbian smartphones. S40 are java devices, future phones. So, you do not know to much either.;)

        I loved S40. It's such a good phone OS.
Not likely to look at a Nokia unless they release a model with a hardware keyboard.
However a good 3G featurephone would make for a good spare.

You used S40? So you used a feature phone and not the flagships of Nokia. Not even a mid range phone? LOL
S60 3rd Series was far superior than you could know. Basically, you didn't know about Nokia at all.
So, take your prejudiced opinion and shove it somewhere inside yourself. Let the Nokia phones speak for themselves.

I'm more interested in the Snapdragon 660 variant, whatever it's going to be called. Hopefully it will be sub-$450, with a flagship-level camera.

I really want a 5 or 8, will depend on the size of the 8, but I also haven't see that they'll support any of the ATT 4g bands which my MVNO uses, so I suspect I won't be getting one. The phone selection in the US is generally terrible.

I'm waiting for more of a Nokia designed phone to come maybe like the lumia 800 sort of chassis. As it stands I find all current 3 5 6 handsets rather plain and boring to me we need polycarbonate with range of colours.

I could get a better xiaomi for quarter the price and the same quality if not better. If they made cheap phones maybe I would give it a try, otherwise sorry

On an average, old people tend to be........... not so good with tech. I can see why you like nokias. The limited functionality sure does make it easier to use for old people.

Nokia was the king........atleast when the market was empty. They failed in the smartphone market once. If they continue to do as they are doing now they will fail again.

I used to love nokias. The S40 was my first phone. Used that till the Nexus 5 came out. I really want that they start making great phones again. But by the looks of things, once again they will fail.
