Look at the track history of apple for the last 15 years, then read what you said one more time... Slowly. Apple literally steals ideas from every company years later and claims it as their own. Google is the forefront of innovation and sharing ideas... Apple on the other hand....

SteveJobsFan, 15 Jun 2017Disgusting move from Google to once again poach staff from ... moreApple's Engineers are not enslaved to Apple. They are free to offer their services to the highest bidder. If Apple had paid these top engineers like top CEO's they might not have moved to Google.

It has become more and more obvious in recent years, probably since 2013 when the 64-bit A7 came out, that Android's chipsets were falling behind Apples.

Disgusting move from Google to once again poach staff from Apple, further proof they cannot innovate without stealing other peoples ideas. They've now resorted to stealing people themselves!!!!

                  For shame.

Yes google make your own SoC optimise your android according to it and you can match if not beat apple

I doubt this will result in anything, they're too late in the game without any preparation... maybe in 3 years?

Or we could see this as Custom Chips for Google products like a Router, Smart Speaker, or Google Glass like application.

Ouch. Maybe Apple, with their billions in the bank, should think more about how they are paying such critical positions.
