Of course, your ISP is still tracking everything you do. And you can be tracked by your IP address. And you are subject to browser fingerprinting.
Probably better off to use Orfox, if you want privacy, which runs you though Tor.

Ok, so I've tried it and it's pretty fast but it has zero features.
No bookmarks, no speed dials, no tabs, nothing except for the blocking stuff.
Very rudimentary and unusable..
Dolphin Browser is still no 1 for me.
As much as I liked Mozilla on PC, it sucks on Android.

Dolphin browser can be set to automatically "Always clear data when exiting", and it can block ads, and save bookmarks and play flash!
