OP5 offers a great value.

Ram, 22 Jun 2017The g6 has a weaker processor and lesser RAM but is a match... moreIt's not a full qhd display, not amoled and battery life is very poor in G6. It doesn't last for even a day.
S7 Edge is a good competition to it but there won't be Android Or upgrade for it and 32 GB internal is also very low with weaker processor

No way. At 33k, people can easily buy Galaxy Note 5 in retail which is much better phone. And at 40k, Galaxy S7 Edge and LG G6 is much better option. And yes don't forget about IPhone 7 which is at 43-44k.

AnonD-368020, 22 Jun 2017Name a phone which is below 50k Rs and better than this. Huawei P10 plus and LG G6,both are easy picks over the 1+5.And knowing that their prices goes down quickly,by the end of this summer they will cost the same as 1+5,while both being much better.
I would go for P10+ as I prefer aluminium unibody over sandwhiched glass,and doesnt care much about waterproofing.Great design and Wow colors are alone worth the price difference for me!

I won't say OP5 has a better camera than G6 but its not worse either. OP5 is a great deal.l right now.

And here goes right trough the drain the one and only excuse of OP fans-its much cheaper!?
G6 kills the 1+5 in every measurable aspect for just 100$ more.
Ok,personaly i also didnt like glass back... but compared to it 1+5 looks like a 100$ cheap iphone knockout.Just imagine that,explaining to your friends that your phone has dual cam,8gb ram and UFS storage of whatever....while they are laughing at you for paying 600$ :)

AnonD-368020, 22 Jun 2017Name a phone which is below 50k Rs and better than this. Maybe the Xiaomi Mi 6 which is going for $400. True that it doesn't have the 3.5 mm headphone jack and maybe some other OnePlus 5 specs, but that doesn't warrant such a huge price increase.

Don't misunderstand! OnePlus 5 still offers the best for your money and it does have awesome specs. It's just that the OnePlus 5 doesn't have that "WOW" price of the previous OnePlus flagships.

Those who are complaining about prices remember Pixel is still at 40 K and iPhone 7 is still at 44 K. This phone is anyday better than any phone available below 50 K in India. Only U11, XZs premium and S8 are better than this.

Best luck one plus 5.
I am not buying this because i dont need too much power from snapdragon 835.
Water proofing is must because in rainy season,nothing matters if one has to keep mobile in home because of rain.
