Google’s Android O could be “oatmeal cookie”, but could also still be Oreo

Source code mentions “OC”. What else do you think it could be? One theory says it might be oatmeal cookie. Though, Oreo isn't completely off the table.

"My phone is running Android 8.1.1 Oatmeal Cookie" is just too awkward.
"My phone is running on Android 8.1.1 Omelette" is like, fine.

Your guess is as good as mine here. Regardless, I am interested in a preinstalled handset with the pending OS in question.
