I own a Xiaomi Re... morei agree and this is what i cannot understand.. yeah it is pricey.. but its not like the s8 was that much cheaper.. plus for implementation of the new hardware and software.. the price wld go up.. so im not concerned with the price but value for money.. if when the phone comes out it has everything i want need and then some.. ill be happy to splurge and treat myself ik i can.. if im not impressed.. i might invest in a one plus 5 or an lg.. all according to who has what i want

Yeah sure, lets pay 1000€ for a phone that takes 1 year to get proper updates and whos software isnt close to be as fast, intuitive or packed with useful features and gestures that a 559€ phone has...

Like most people have said, if LG presents the V30 with all the the good things the G6 had to offer and improves on them (IP68, beautiful flat design, shock/vibration/acceleration, etc., and if verified internally or externally by the manufacturer as compliant with the actual MIL-STD-810G methods implied, an OLED display, and i have my hopes up since they make the best OLED tvs in the world and have done flexible OLED displays in the past for the G Flex series, the quad-dac and improved speakers with 64/128GB and 4/6GB of storage and ram), its gonna be the best smartphone of the year for hardcore users.

Look guys, the problem is not the money.
I own a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 at the moment so I am not gonna talk about the pricing and all.
The question is, will Note 8 be worth the $950?
For that, we have to wait and see.

If Samsung is giving us the perfect, they will ask for perfect price too.
And customers are not fools, and the example is what OnePlus had done done in the market with OnePlus 5.

            Doesn't matter whether he/she is a fanboy/fangirl or not.
A person knows where to invest the money.
If Note 8 is providing us better than the rest than they deserve to price it according to that.
If you think it is not worth the money, V30 or iPhone 8 (+) or Nokia 9 will be there for you to choose from.

              The problem is not pricing.
The problem is the underwhelming specs for a flagship of all flagships in the last quarter of 2017.

How is an unlocked Note 8 999 euro and translate to $925 USD. The math doesn't make sense... a Euro is worth more than a dollar.

Forevere goodbye Samsung. Ridiculous pricing. LG, make the V30 affordable and better than the Note8!
