You keep saying pre orders.
I ordered mine from vmail UK at 3pm on the day of the launch & 24 hours later it is in my hand.
I think though they have run out of stock and my "free" Honor 3 fitness band still has not been dispatched. I was invoiced £273 + VAT for the phone - bargin

Nice phone but stupidly overpriced just like the P10. Huawei have no chance of selling the Honor 9 at that price. The Honor phones are supposed to be mid range which means £250 absolute tops.
Huawei are trying to sell Chinese phones at Apple prices but without the brand cachet.

Personally I would never buy a Chinese brand, but if I had to, I would never pay more than 200 euros for it. Period.

The price of this device is unfortunate. It is pricier than the Xiaomi Mi6, which is a better device spec-wise (better SoC and faster storage), and now with stereo speaker, more recent Bluetooth version and bigger battery. If you think about it, Honor made a newer device, but the price to storage is the same: ~450€ for the 64GB model, which is unfortunate. I will go with the Xiaomi Mi6, waiting for the right price discount. Or, you can wait for some vMall promotion, like they did last year on the Black Friday.

Not mentioning prices, etc. Although in most of the cases they are the main crucial thing first of all. But with that being said, generally speaking, okay it's fine. And it will be interesting to compare it in real life with other Chinese phones (among others as well) such as the OP5, Mi 6, etc.

I have two Huawei phones with me 4x and 6x. I like them but trust me OS experience is very underwhelming as compared to Moto OS or Oxygen OS. Hoping to get Nouget on 6x and let's see wether it improves anything.
