Tony, 29 Jun 20171080P? Meh. Xiaomi better get with the times and go 4K.For the plethora of 4k content that's available? 4k is still just a selling point - give it a few years, and then it'll be a must have. Not yet, though.

I never have that much spare time. I believe quantum technology from LG or Samsung will be good options.

Remember you can't go Mobile with your 4k 50 tv. this could be the real deal. it goes wherever you go, unless u don't wanna take it with you.

Mr. Electronics, 28 Jun 2017Xiaomi would make so much more profit if they start selling... moreIt's also their trick to push the price lower. Just imagine how many dollars they need to open a new store outside china including distribution, warranty and of course regulated tax and sstt... to pays off those corrupted peoples whose accepting the permits. Also those infringer patents mentioned before. And ultimately we're the one that need to pay all of that.

Issue is - as with all protectors - how does it handle daylight. If you only watch tv in the evenings or like opening and closing curtains - this could be for you.
I like the idea and the price but need to see it in real life setting.

Am not a 1 movie per day man, am 2 seasons per day person. This is definitely what I was looking for. But that price.. I better go for 4K 50" TV
