as far as i can remember the BB magnum was supposed to be release last 1Q of 2010 and is not yet a touch screen.. but anyway at least this one same look but total different in all aspect .. love it

Anonymous, 02 May 2011great phone, exciting improvements. cant wait to upgrade.For a non blackberry (android fan), both the new phones look like the old and honestly, since the UX and most of the features are just a upgrade of the old (Rather than a actual reworked and understandably be incompatible version of QNX which would have been revolutionary)...
Even with the hype thats going to follow, its still not really going to be enough for BB to compete with Apple or Android... Wish they would actually make a effort since QNX and BB PlayBook actually have a much better implementation even if they don't wanna give it basic features such as email!)

Wow. RIM finally makes they phone they should have made in 2009. It feels like RIM has been fighting some kind of internal struggle to actually compete. This phone will help keep die hard fans as it packs in a lot of the standard expectations but they really need to get in gear and bring out Storm 3, Torch 2 with updated specs and OS7. At least they will be on about the same level.
Of course a better idea is the new hardware on Android and specialized & secured apps for BBM'ing. More market share, more devices, faster captialization on brand. shrug...

android seems to go all touchscreen or side querwty. I love physical keyboards. I have hated blackberries but the specs of this device are great and the front facing qwerty from android manufacturers and pretty ugly. This is my next device, cant wait

I recently goto my Bold 1, because i found its the manliest Berry plus it has everthing and it is cheap. I am a previous owner of Android and will be going back. But i find this looks very interest to get.
