I was hoping that the new Moto M won't have a Mediatek processor like it's predecessor.

Anonymous, 03 Jul 2017"cutting edge MediaTek processors" didn't know this even ex... moreLPDDR2? You're too generous. You know what they do? When you trade-in an old phone at your carrier or when you dispose safely of a super old phone, they are taking the RAM and NVM (ROM is Read-only memory, NVM is RAM-Based Non-volatile memory like NAND) and they put it in those MediaTek and SD2xx/400-based devices (yup, some guys still use SD410 and SD400 SoC). So don't be shocked to learn it has a ton of SDR RAM chips and some MicroDrives for storage.

Dang it, Lenovo! Please kill this miserable M lines already!
Last time, you put C, E, G, X, Z on your slide. I was happy that M is going to the dump with its mediocre processor and high price tag and now you are going to give us this garbage again.

"cutting edge MediaTek processors" didn't know this even existed. And if it is aimed for china mainly, it only needs 3 things
1. iPhone copy design
2. (rose) gold color
3. high RAM and ROM (likely 4/6 GB RAM and 64/128GB ROM options, but if you release a 8GB/256GB option, you are king. And it can still be LPDDR2 RAM and eMMC 5.1 ROM)
