Luxor, 04 Jul 2017Sailfish not sailing at all. Im not convinced. This is rubb... moreIt's safe and fast OS. Sony only sells the basic android device and the users can buy/install SailfishOS from online if they want. It's up to you which one you prefer.

Luxor, 04 Jul 2017Sailfish not sailing at all. Im not convinced. This is rubb... moreActually Sailfish is very stylish and possible to ditch all the Google's boat-apps.

Actually Sailfish OS could making more unique and more independence to Xperia UI.

I also wish the Sailfish OS can be more efficient compare to androids and also more battery endurance compare to androids.

year back i bought 2 handsets
          Jolla and lumia 620
both OS were new to me

sailfish os looked fresh but it is a severely handicapped OS
windows os on the other hand a very capable os which looked like "android hater"
nothing resembles android in windows os but very very capable os
ios has 90% resemblance to android

in my opinion, TIZEN is far far better than sailfish in terms of capability and usability
eg: if you buy a sailfish handset and tizen handset and give it as a free gift to somebody
they will just throw or return or not use the sailfish handset instead they will be content with a tizen device

            Great News!
Sony XZP is already Super Fast even just having less ram than competitors. With light weight sailfish, it will be out of this world!! BOMBS!!!

That's great, but navigating through the system is absolute pain.

Sailfish OS is pretty cool. I used a Jolla C running Sailfish OS 2.0 for a month and really loved the OS and the user experience.. Unfortunately due to no VoLTE support I had to sell it. If Sailfish OS gets some much needed features, I would buy it again.

It would be Great to have an alternative dual boot new OS option on our Xperia devices. Would be a great feature. :-)
