Android Wear 2.0 for Zenwatch 3 to begin rolling next week, Asus confirms

The Zenwatch 2 will get the update in two phases: July and end of July or beginning of August.

Good job ASUS supporting your newest hardware, even previous gen watches got the update faster, my LG Watch Urbane is rocking AW 2.0 for a few months now...
