July update starts rolling out to BlackBerry phones

The announcement regarding the roll out came in the form of a tweet from the company's Security Incident Response Team.

    The ShopBlackBerry part is not entirely correct. I got it on a AT&T branded BB Priv yesterday.

    ...Though when used outside the reach of AT&T net this version is in many respects treated as a native BB device without all the bloat, it still is a specific version for the AT&T devices.

    Most months (but not all) we do get the updates along with the unbranded devices though - as we did yesterday..
