Didn't they reach an agreement before starting the deal? If they did, why tf Apple refuses to pay now? The hell Apple thinking? Gay strategy !

That would be epic and very well-deserved. But not gonna happen. Courts care about the money, not the justice.
On a side note, patents are idiotic and should not exist. But the only way they could be abolished is if companies suffer more than they do now.
