New LG G6 update now seeding in the US

It's a large update that weighs in at around 640MB and is currently hitting unlocked units (US997) of the phone.

    is this update to Nougat 7.1?

      Can 7.1 or greater be downloaded for this unit yet?

                I have a question my freind bought s7edge at&t (not sure about carrier) from usa but then he moved to uae and his phone has not got nougat update is it because he moved out of usa or something else
