xperia feels faster because it doesn have any features.
just a plain featureless android device. and with average quality camera.

Every feature of the S8/S8+ can be found in the Play Store, but only Sony has the very important feature that any phone could have - Qnovo Battery Technology.
Even LDAC can only be found on Xperias, while GIF making can be done by an app called GIF Maker-GIF Editor.

Samsung and Sony in the same time but as usual, don't expect any new changes for the Xperia. Unlike Samsung and iPhone, no matter how fast they're releasing an update you won't be probably getting any new features, changes or even a simple clock widget for Xperia.

BTW, this is not just for Samsung but almost all of the Android smartphone makers.

I got this update 3 days ago on my xperia xz premium and gsmarena.com you should also mention that Sony is on the roll as they have issued this update for xz, xzs, xz premium, x compact.
