It's not available in the Netherlands.
And when it will be it will be without dual sim and withoud the LED notification lighth.

You can come to Germany, people here are so oldish and data-sheet loving that they will buy it because
1. They don't know this isn't the Nokia from old days, they'll think it is the same high-quality Nokia
2. they will think "wow this phone has 8 cores, it's twice as fast as iPhone 7. it's a bargain" because you know, Germans are always chasing bargains and in the end those aren't bargains
