It is true that there is a lot of poor people here, however there is also a lot of people with enough money to purchase the best smartphones. All people I know have smartphones (And they bought them here in Guatemala, not in the US like the other guy said).

          I live in Latin America and let me tell you are wrong. All the people I know has an smart phone and specially S7 Edge and iPhones 6s cause our families buy the phone in US and they send them to us because purchasing a phone here in Honduras is more expensive than US. And we pay for a contract WiFi Network instead of using the Mobile 3G or 4G poor network we have cause we don't like to have slowly internet. We used all the apps social media and streaming video and Netflix (an example). We are not different . We are the same >)

            Stupid move!!!!

            They dont realize Latin America have no money for this?! People there dont waste that much money on phones, dont buy flagships as much as US or Europe and even dont have money to afford a data plan for 4.5G because this will be expensive, the prices is huge when it comes to high end phones and data plans.

            What about to finish the 3G they promisse there instead to jump right to 4.5G...it will deliver more problems than solutions.

              Oh seems positive.
