I want the smartphone with dual metal, dual Corning Gorilla Glass 5, dual premium TPU for it 6 dimensions. The omni balance design is better in durability, sturdy, scratch resistant and drop impact reduction, better for signal reception and lower SAR , better in looks, better for grip, also have good heat dissipation.

Metal doesn't seem premium anymore, I used the oneplus3 for a year and it felt good but damn there are phones with a foll alu body for around 150 USD which is just cheap...
Now I use the XZ Premium and let me tell you, THAT feels premium in the hand, or the S8 and U11 not only look beautiful but feel very good in the Hand. Still, it's mostly a matter of taste and therefor there are no "this feels better"-facts

Even cheap Xiaomi Redmi phone uses metal now. Metal doesn't feel "flagship" anymore.
I rather have a nice rubbery texture plastic, so I can safely use the phone without case.
Putting a flagship phone into a case kinda defeats the point.

The-Artist, 23 Jul 2017I'm fine with high quality plastic as long as the battery i... moreIt's not the material choice that changed the way smartphones are built. It's the manufacturers who don't want you to remove the battery. Why? So they can spy you better.
Android phones NEVER turn off completely unless you take the battery out. Also it seems there is a secondary battery just like the CMOS battery in PCs.
If I recall, the S5 had waterproofing and SD card slot but it still had removable back and battery.
The manufacturers are lying to us by saying that they seal the phones only for waterproofing.
They have our fingerprints, now iris, maybe in a few years we'll have DNA unlocking phones.

It seems like reviewers and people who read reviews actually criticize plastic phones for no easily understood reasons. Plastic is more practical and simply feels better - it is always the right temperature.

Surficial, 23 Jul 2017Heard of brittle fracture? Why doesn't anyone make a phone using ceramic with bingham plastic like properties.. If they crack you just leave it for a while and it will fuse back together-because it is essentially a very very very slow flowing liquid.. Liquid will always regroup after they break apart

Anonymous, 23 Jul 2017Do a poll on how much of ram for smartphone is enough. That's a silly poll.
There's no such thing as enough ram. The more you give to android the more it is going to use. Such a poll would only show the ignorance of the people.
Tl;Dr: The more ram , the better, at all times, forever (on well working OSes)
It would be like asking how fast is going to London (from New York) too fast? The answer is "infinite". If one could cut down the travel time to an instant (for the same cost) would always sell more tickets than anyone else.
Such polls are bound to get silly answers disconnected from reality.

No of is not. Samsung flagships sales fell off a cliff ever since they switched to metal.
Until then they were posting record numbers year after year. Their stop was abrupt.
I'm sure similar stories exist with other companies that switched to metal too. For example G5 selling less than G4 for LG...
It's not that metal is a bad looking material. It just brings too many downsides to be ignored ...
People don't like metal phones much, read the darn statistics... Only tech websites seemingly do.

Rafe Firmani, 23 Jul 2017This poll unfortunately doesn't translate to real world.
j... moreIt was'nt the build quality of the phones that sinks HTC,vice-versa it isn't the glass sandwich which makes U11 so popular... you are just generalising way to simply.

[deleted post]Check the S8 and S8+ they have cheaper plastic to get it lighter weights, Samsung don't use titanium to get it lighter please.
What is premium material that's always have a weight just like gold in the shell (gold has its weight of value).
