I wonder what that "Be original" part means. Bezel-less display? Well, that's zero originality, and the front camera looks copied from the Essential PH-1. Display curves and dual camera is from LG, what else could it be?

I have followed the Aquos phones. They are gorgeous. What a visual surprise this is. Nice one.

It actually looks quite stunning. But, sadly, will not appear on the Swedish market... Sharp phones haven't been around since the GX30 in 2004... :(

                Very impressive Sharp

xXENDER FREAKXx, 26 Jul 2017Yes 4K, this time with bezeless. First, the front is ok. Bu... moreProbably because it is the same hardware as Essential. Someone made it for them, Samsung, LG, Lenovo, Chinese company, Sharp. Don't forget, Sharp patented some tech ot do with odd shaped displays, mainly for use in automotive, but there were rumors also in a forthcoming Nintendo console controller before the Switch was launched.

Wow!! go Sharp!! If the reports are true I may well not bother with Note 8 and go for this phone in the limited edition of course.

Lol,yeah,4K screen,I would like to see the battery life of this thing,Cause it "looks" pretty slim(well it should be anyway).I think we can do with QHD displays for now,4K displays are just overkill,if this phone has s835 and and a screen about 5.2-5.5 inches, then battery life would be really poor,I mean, look at the one plus 5,that thing has 3.3K mAh of battery capacity with a 5.5 inch FHD display and it scored 83h in the battery rating which is far from perfect.

If this thing is just as big as the one plus 5,plus the bigger screen/body ratio thanks to the bezeless design, plus the fact that it is a 4K display...yeah,imagine,hopefully there will be a power saving mode that reduces the display resolution.

Other than that the IRL images looks ugly, nowhere near to what the leaked render looked, kinda skeptical of this phone to be honest. If you really don't need that 4K display, then you better stick to a Galaxy s8 for now IMO.

Yes 4K, this time with bezeless. First, the front is ok. But why does it look like Essential Phone? A rumored 4K phone that have a polycarbonate back from the looks of it? And what is that kind of camera? It looks ugly

AnonD-687379, 26 Jul 2017Really? Who posted this? The renders look totally different... moreWith huge bottom

Really? Who posted this? The renders look totally different from the "alleged leaked real photos". The "real photos" look more like the Essential Phone!

renders and live shot couldn't be more different. Also there is no point to cut out part of screen for camera if bottom bezel is available and huge.

Quick question, why don't they sell their mobiles around the world?

4K display? Hell yeah, Japanese companies are always ahead in display technology!

Yes!!! And it's worth noting that the screen is not curved which is a huge advantage nowdays. Great job Sharp!!! Looking forward to it.
