We don't have to ague blindly. First I you see a phone and y see the specs try to know the price before you ague. The price of this phone is only $220. So is not a disappointment. Samsung phone with same specs will charge over $300 for it. If you want SD 660 wait the 660 one will come then you buy one. Every phone targets a certain class of people so if you are not in the class just say this is not for me. Only place I think they disappointed us a bit is the 3080 mAh battery for 5'5 display. But even so the Chipset is the most battery efficient Chipset that also have a good performance. So is OK.

Ah, I don't understand something why are people saying this phone is a dispointment because the new snapdragon 660 is not used. The SD 660 is for better performance and the SD 625 is better battery. Some people like great battery life and others like great performance so is a preference.

was expecting better from Xiaomi but like every other Chinese mobile maker they have also opted to copy iPhone design as it is... really saddened!

we were excepting better specifications like snapdragon 630 or 660 with quick charge 4.0 and more powerful battery. battery is a matter.

I like to buy this phone as specs and design in awesome but if they launch same phone as mini because 5.5 inches is out of comfort to handle in single hand

I dont understand i play heavy 3d games via emulator on the 625 with great frame rates people are acting like from last year to this year apps etc got way more demanding watch these people crying for sd660 or 835 use their powerful chipsets just for whatsapp and instagram and people still think an entire phone is only an soc smh spec sheeps

Xiaomi should stop copying other smartphone companies. They should make more ideas of their own design wise. Also why Snapdragon 625 processor? They seriously need to change it to SD 660. Otherwise this phone is gonna be a big disappointment. Also, they should put OIS. Without OIS, dual camera is useless because it will almost do the same job that 1 camera phone does. It doesn't make any sense without OIS in dual camera phones. Finally the battery! Xiaomi is well known for their huge battery capacity. Why are they slowly shifting away from their well chosen path? At least they should make the capacity to 3500 mAh. Xiaomi should make these small changes and this phone will become a huge success. It might seem a lot but Xiaomi has done more than this in their previous phones so why not this one as well!

What a massive disappointment. Snapdragon 625, yet again in a Xiaomi phone.
The Note 4 was a disappointment, as was the Max 2 with this dated SOC.
Waiting for Meizus new pro launches.
