I don't understand why not make Oxygen 4.6 become standard OS for all OnePlus rather than develop two version 4.1.X and 4.5.X.

But as the screen is only fitted 'upside' down and not calibrated to show the image that way, it's not really an issue.

Battery life is okay, my screen on time varies heavily depending on my usage. Surfing the net through chrome (fast but no adblock) or firefox (yeah adblock) on wifi can often last 10 to 12 hours. Viewing youtube videos lasts 14 hours. But social heavy usage can last only 5h30 or more...
On a side note, dash charging is nice and keeps the battery cool, but the oneplus 5 does not ultrafast charge with my external battery pack (quick charge 3).
I am more concerned about security, I chose oneplus over samsung S8+ for its very light android skin (trusting google and oneplus for updates). However from late june till mid july) when visiting certain websites (eurosport.fr or latribune.fr) my browser redirected to a spam website (url varies akin to lucky-win-a-iphone dot com) and I could not go back or do anything but close the window.
This shit does not inspire confidence at all in security of android and chrome / firefox. Is this the fault of faulty advertising ? or hacked websites ? or hacked android (I doubt it as it only redirected from a couple of websites in particular) ? ....

I'm hoping they also bring EIS to 1080p@60 in addition to 4k, but we'll see.
