Nougat for Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 could be arriving soon

Hurry samsung haven't had a update in 2 years hurry

I already went to the samsung store. And they said that if the update isn't included in our country. There's nothing we can do.

You could call it factory unlocked. These are purchased on a samsung store and on the other legitimate samsung galaxy vendor.
        Not all countries sold galaxy tab s2 with registered carriers you know?

            Most carriers anywhere around the world are lazy when it comes to updates. So in hope for getting a better tablet. For the android side. The only available unit that are completeley running on android 7 is the galaxy tab s3.

              Nougat has been rolled out. But, some countries have the Galaxy Tab S2 Plus, an Exynos variant with LTE-A capabilities. It is too only on carriers but Nougat was released. Search for SM-T817x, with x being repleaced by your carrier/country code. Some have thr T818x, this one being the Snapdragon but still with LTE-A

They get the T810 or the T815 variant. Which are both exynos. For example. In the asian countries. Only korea, china, and singapore have got the T810. While elsewhere in the asian countries get the T815. This is the reason why gsmarena didn't added the nougat update for the Exynos variant cause There's two variants of exynos. Only one get the update. While the other didn't. This is unfair practice of samsung is the reason why some countries get the lenovo or the asus tablet cause it's cheaper. So my statement for not having all exynoss 5433 receive a nougat update stays. Look at all the T813 and t819 variants. Both have nougat update. Now tell me, where's the nougat update for the t815?

The only model brand of S2 that will get the nougat update was the T719N, T813N, and T819N. There was no report that those tablets that are using the Exynos 5433, will get a nougat update.

The requirement is for hardware AES encryption/decryption, which is part of the ARMv8 (64 bit) spec. But some 32 bit SoCs have it, like the Snapdragon 805, and there's no reason they couldn't run Nougat.
