I am very happy to hear that Nokia is launching a new model with 4000mah battery.
Finally nokia understood the need of battery backback in smartphones.
No one likes to charge his/her mobile 3-4 times a day due to regular usage.
If Nokia 2 will launch with these features, It will cover the mid range market of asian countries and will kick chinese/other unkown brands from all over the world.
Nokia hardware no doubt is very impressive , but in all the current models battery is not impressive at all.
If Nokia continues to bring high battery power samart phones then once again it will capture 60% of market worldwide as it did a decade before.
When we all say save power save energy then why we all are using low mah batteries and charge our cellphones 3-4 times a day. Even though its provides fast charging option till 50%.

design should be a factor.. put the 5inch at a minimum body ratio.. should be good looking and compact in hand... my dimension is 127x65.x8 mm. ergonomic revolution will start there.

Snapdragon 200 makes this Nokia 2 better that Nokia 3! Easier to make upgrades.
If the price is right this can be really good budget phone. The build guality of New Nokia phones has been very good for the price point. And if Nokia 2 get same software upgrades than its more expensive siblins, it is the best budget phone in the market! I am sure that you can get better specks for the same price, but softaware upgrades in low price gategory has been abysmall bad in all Android phones. This can be the first low cost Android phone with good security upgrades ever (among the Nokia 3, that has some problems because the mediatech cpu that has caused some delays, but even that is gettin upgrades so my hopes Are high)

AnonD-82756, 29 Jul 2017Cheap sellsYeah, I'd imagine most of the market is in the low-end gear.

For me in 2017 the minimum RAM and ROM requirement should be 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM. One of my phone is TP-Link Neffos C5L come with 4.5" screen Snapdragon 210 RAM 1GB ROM 8GB and the phone is quite slow. I use this phone as my secondary phone. If Nokia 2 come with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM I may consider it as a replacement for my TP-Link Neffos C5L.

Better would be to run a proprietary OS or resurrect Symbian. Android is too chunky and overrated.
