srkriz, 31 Jul 2017This is wierd. Instead of flip, it needs to have a slider. ... moreThe target market is not the qwerty crowd. And it is faster to type with this T9 keyboard one handed and barely looking at it. Especially asian languages.

Probably because it is not gsm device. Only cdma. I have to say it look very weird to see a flip phone with qwerty keyboard. It simply doesnt work. I can see why it didnt kick off.

Most phones are pretty much the same these days.

I think this would be worth a go at the right price.

AnonD-229365, 31 Jul 2017If it's 100$ then it's ok. Why not qwerty keyboard? With a qwerty keyboard will not be a flip phone.

You can search Blackberry Style 9670 in gsmarena. It was a cool phone, though it only came with cdma network :(. Only sprint and verizon who got it, and there is no international version either

These modern day flip phones are so huge when opened, how will it look like if you put them at your ear?

If people didn't like the idea of the KEYone having an "outdated" hardware keyboard.....why on Earth would they want a FLIP PHONE???

Cute, practical and squarely on-target with my nostalgic taste for flip-phones; my all-time favorite being the Sanyo SCP-5500 (Sprint VM-4500) which I still have in perfect working order. I'd team this Samsung flip with an S8 Plus (or S9) or the Note8 (or 9) as a real dynamic duo of retro-cool and cutting-edge.
