Pixel87, 07 Aug 2017Looks great ,bendable and splash resistant. I bet it won't ... moreYes i agree with you, Samsung always play with prices. They will make luxurious starts from US$ 200 to 300 for rich people satisfaction and later you will find same headphones in Promotion Sale cartons in cheap market :D actually in reality their products are not expensive but they just manipulate the prices.

imparanoic, 08 Aug 2017actually, skullcandy have very poor specifications on paper... moreJust clicked on the first cheap Skullcandy on littlewoods.ie, the first link that came up on google; Skullcandy Jib. Cost: 9.90 euro. Frequency response: 20-20,000 Hz. That's beyond anything any person can hear. Yet, there's no doubt they sound tinny, broken bass, non-existent mid range and most likely extremely eardrum torturing highs. :D

AnonD-24741, 07 Aug 2017Frequency response numbers doesn't help to indicate anythin... moreMaybe, but its kind of shady, would at least want that freq.

The LG HBS-Series are superior in design. Regarding audio, I am not able to talk; but considering the track record of Samsung vs. LG in the audio department, I would say LG si superior; especially the LG HBS-900, with the Harman cooperation, which made those headphones sound really crisp, altough with a little lack of bass.

I assume these will be on par sound wise with the Level U Pros. Which was quite decent, but distorted a little at max volume. The worst thing about them is they don't block outside low-end. Actually the opposite, they accentuate it! The stiff cable and long stem piece made them uncomfortable when turning your head. These don't look any better in that regard.

Just not the same old made as new cool invention.
