Xiaomi Mi Note 3 may arrive as soon as this month

I hope they do not do it 18: 9 like samsung .... I hope it is normal the screen as all life ... to make it different from the competition ... the long or panoramic screens do not everyone likes ... What if everyone liked it were the Samsung NOTE with its elegant and balanced screens .... if Xiaomi brings something like this ... uffff believe me it's going to be a super sale

I will NOT BUY any smartphone if it doesn't meet the barest minimum of my mobile phone requirements; features that I cannot give up: LTE, dual sim, 4000mAh battery or larger, IR baster, FM radio, fingerprint sensor, and at least 64GB internal storage. Try gsmarena's phone finder to see if any Samsung phone despite its numerous models from entry level to flagship models meet my absolute minimum needs.

Apart from that there is something called target group. Most people who buy Xiaomi's phones want a good VFM phone and making your flagships solely with werd/new displays is a huge risk. Samsung and other companies did it because they have a huge name in the industry and some steadily great attributes (eg. camera). Xiaomi's approach having a seperate line of phones with bezel-less/pioneering device is actually reasonable. If they see a huge turn in buyer's preferences then be sure they will do whatever they can to stay in touch with them...but for now no matter the hypes most people (by votes) want a 5-5.5 inch 1080p phone.

You see the Mi Max/Max 2 with standard 16:9 aspect ratio because Xiaomi understands big screen lovers do not like cramped, '18.5:9/18:9' 'NarrowView' displays masquerading as 'infinity' displays.

              Sharp made some of the first bezel less phones and Xiaomi refined it enough to start this whole bezel less trend. And they will keep the bezel less thing for the Mix series (or whatever they decide to call it when they release the second one).

                Xiaomi need something new to stay in the game. Their phone is looking dated now. Jump to modern bezel less 2:1 ratio screen. That where the trend are even Apple follow suit haha

                  That edge was already a horrible idea in the Mi Note 2, they really shouldn't have done a second one with it.
                  At least it doesn't have the same tiny battery as the S8.

                      No curved edges please Xiaomi! Stop copying Samsung's fragile, useless curved edge design which makes touchscreen operations at the edges infuriating and also making reading at the edges horrible, and the phone's edges very fragile (curved glass is very weak; fractures frequently originate at those curved glass edges).

                        It would be so nice if it comes with water resistance ISO. It looks really nice!

                          Good, because I need a challenger for Mi 6 before finally decides which one to buy.
