09 August 2017
These aren't entirely new, but they are rolling out in a more centralized and user-friendly form.

If it ever removes an app I put on there regardless of what is does or doesn't do the whole ROM flies off the phone so fast it won't even know what happened to it. I appreciate the concern, but on my phone it's not their responsibility and it's damn sure not their call.

So Google isn't even confident that apps on the Play Store are safe. I guess there's no longer any safe place to be with.....

It's actually kind of useless. Anyone can still just reset your phone and reboot, and even if you manage to get to a computer before they shut your phone down you can't log into your Google account you use two-step authentication. The only news is it scans apps, which it already did as part of play services.

So it protec but does it also attac?

I must say, 'Play Protect' sounds like a "security" feature

                          Nice
