If the humps is the result of better optics and larger sensor then HUMP all the way!!! ...if it's just a piece of plastic to show it has "bigger" sensor and "larger" optics then flat - all depend on what you expect

It had an oled which was nice but not the brightest and a 21mp cam, but the focus was ....ok and didnt work well in anything but very well situations and even then...it was ok. For me personally.
It fid have decent battery life and was a good phone. And the speaker was great.

The Flagship phone better ship a good camera, but I lived with my Moto Maxx 26 month.
for me the huge battery nice display and a stylish body take over anything else.
and very unhappy the Lenovo kill the Motorola the way they making their phones now.

I'd prefer flat, but if an otherwise perfect device has a camera hump, so be it. I always buy a case for my devices, so the device will usually lay flat no matter how huge the hump is.

Moto Z ugly
Samsung Note 4 no problem at all.
but I used a Moto Maxx aka DROID Turbo until april which was great... my best phone ever, no humps but the lens was placed deeper into the body it has got Ballystic Nylon back, but the Dupont Kevlar durable as well no need to worry about scratches.

if it sell as cameraphone, I don't mind the humps. Because it may have bigger sensor (Lumix) or bigger lens for optical zoom (Kzoom).

Humps are not bad, as long as the camera is worth it (ex.: Nokia 808, Lumia 1020). Hell, they sometimes help in handling phone. If you want it flat, make it flatter by putting a bigger battery. Aesthetics ruining everything: functionality rocks.

I wouldn't care less about this. All I care about is good battery life and somewhat good camera quality.

Flagship phones from Samsung and HTC have shown you can have better camera than iphone 7 PLus without the hump.

Then FruitPhone 6 came out and the all shut.
