Is that the best phone in the market wrt camera?

On my Pixel, you only need flash if all lights are off, totally dark room.
It has the best self portrait/front camera I've seen (thanks to HDR+). Puts every other phone to shame, including iPhone 7's decent front camera.

Can someone recommend a good selfie flash app for other phones? Something with no ads, if possible. I see too many of them in the Play Store and I'm too lazy to try them all as I only need selfies once in a blue moon.
