It isn't Samsung's style to provide the latest Android (the non security patch variety) operating systems to their handsets in a timely fashion. The longer they wait, the more likely some consumers will consider buying the next generation models which may come with a fresher OS out of the box.

And shamesung forced to move our a**es to A series. HUGE STEPBACK. Not to mention 2015 and 2016 with no gyro (WTF).
At least they could give us replacement alternative. They discontinued in 2 months like the note 7. But wait. It wasn't exploding. Yey.

You know what's the useless hardware sensor they keep? Heartbeat sensor - utterly useless. What are smart watches for?
