        4K (2160p) video recording for the front camera? Now this one I've been waiting for in a long time. What say others have? 16 MP, 23 MP selfie cameras but do not have 4K video recording capabilities not even support via an update

                      Hope this will clear you all up.

                      1. Nokia DID NOT invent 3G. It was both invented and first-tested by Docomo. If you ever buy sony Z series with docomo label on it, there you go.

                      2. aperture is one of the main parameter of the triangle of exposure. However, aperture is mainly used to control the depth of field (the smalled the F-number like F/1.8, the more "bokeh" look you get. The simplest explanation i could say to you before going all physics). The most important thing that control light is the ISO, not aperture. The noise comes because your sensor cranks up the ISO.

                      3. when you zoom an image to 100% higher megapixel camera will always win. Higher megapixel means more details. Though be really aware that most smartphone sacrifice megapixel for the pixel size.

                      Smartphone nowadays has a sensor size like pocket camera. However, it is still 9-11 times smaller than a full frame dslr.
                      So the more megapixel you put on that small sensor will make the pixel size smaller than the one with less megapixel.

                      And SHARP IS NOT THE SAME AS DETAIL.
                      sharp is produced by local contrast (the amount of the difference colour for a certain area), while detail is the amount of information captured in a given area.

                      If you take a 100 megapixel size image of a blank white paper, there is no way you can tell if it's sharp or not.
                      But if you take two blank paper of two different colours, you now can tell if it's sharp or not (ny looking at the line separating them)
                      So, no, megapixel doesn't count for sharpness.

                      So to sum up :
                      More megapixel = smaller pixel size, less light, more noise, more detail, better for cropping or printing
                      Less megapixel = bigger pixel size, more light, less noise, less detail, better for bursting or capturing fast multiple shot (and most likely require less processing power)
