Anonymous, 16 Aug 2017Gone are the days where you were proud to be seen with a No... moreTheir is no king in this game besides the father of them all. What have your *kings* innovated since Nokia was brought down by greedy minds? Oh, let me guess. Nothing. Go wash your hands, they are dirty after making this claims. All i see is opportunist aiming for quick buck paid by ignorance. Those are who i would be ashamed of wearing, using bragging about. Nokia is the pride and sample of Europe. Now make yourself useful and write again: Nokia.

Those bezels are huge, not talking about new S8 design though, but big even for a normal phone now days. It looks like a Galaxy S2 on the front.

Gone are the days where you were proud to be seen with a Nokia phone, noiw it's an embarrassment of a company that shows despite its past innovations it's now way behind the kings of the game.

As expecting we will see Nokia 8, 2 and 3310 (3G), but is likely to see a teaser of the Nokia 9 and 7... Unless the surprise is that Nokia 7 is released with the group.

Well, that I will "stay tuned" it is absolutely needless to say. But, let's hope that Nokia will make its comeback (flagship class) with the most powerhouse as possible. In other words, let's hope that the 8 will really be at the highest levels, at parallel with all the upcoming top dogs (Note 8, V30, etc). And not just, I don't know what. Let's wait and see, ohh, and hoooppe.

I'm slightly bemused by the amount of attention the bezels get; looking back at my very first smartphone (Galaxy S2), the bezels it had do still not appear distracting to me. If a phone has somewhat less of them that's fine as well, but I don't really care either way as long as it's possible to hold the phone without triggering bogus touch events.
As for the Nokia 8 itself, based on the rumours and leaks it ticks most of the boxes needed for a phone to be interesting and potentially worth purchasing, but ultimately I'll wait for the reviews.
