Or maybe they could incorporate a background light. That would be a more compelling reason for me to get one.

Unfortunatelly Yota insist in didn't got support for users of all Yota Devices produce 2 models for different regions (YD206 and YD201), but only give support and offer updates for to YD201 models (European/Russian model). It's very strange, since both of devices are from Yota Devices.
So better wait for the price in Europe and Russia to check if it will really worth the price.

This one company that insist going against trend. Good luck to Yotaphone. I hope they release a tablet with this concept instead. More useful. If I have Yotaphone right now, maybe I would use it to read Gsmarena and writing comments and stuff. That pretty much the use of those e-ink screen. But, most of my reading occur at night under the dim light. Is there really people do so much reading in daylight? Maybe reading morning news but most will be too busy with work anyway. Not sure if Yotaphone doing it right. I prefer tablet for reading anyway.

I've been waiting for the successor to the YotaPhone 2 for years.
I'm pretty sure this is going to be my next phone unless Sony outs a proper successor to the Z5 Compact.

Almost $150 so yeah, it's not a bad price at all...

Anyone with a good explanation for the (small) price difference between the two colours??
