BB10 is super secure, has not needed one security patch and use QNX. The software BlackBerry is still developing for use in driverless cars, if you need a software that cannot be hacked that is the software BlackBerry should developing and licensing
Despite the now 4.2 inch screen and the no longer flagship CPU 16Gb with 2Gb Ram 8MP camera the Z10 still hole it's own when compared to the new mid range phones

Never thought Blackberry could end up this low. They should have keep the BB10 with newer hardware. I still love BB10 especially on passport.

Even jumping to Android didint save BlackBerry, I don't think so it is more their iteration of Android is more secure than any other android phone it is just another way to earn something from nothing for dying company

Great. BlackBerry can barely provide security patches on time for year old phones (DTEK60) and has only ever done one major Android OS upgrade (Priv from Lolipop to Marshmallow).
They are in over their head.
Why would anybody pay for this?

Smart move from Blackberry. Could be huge for industries that want to buy bulk smartphone devices that are secure. Android offers a similar, if not arguably better, user experience in terms of functionality than iOS. Plus a solid Android device could be purchased, unlocked, for a fraction of the cost of iOS ones.
