Traditionally the new model replaces the older one and it has the same price. So the iphone 7s will most likely be 649$ while the iphone 7 will cost 549$ right after the 12th of September.

Luxor, 29 Aug 2017There is one question I really want to ask Apple users. Doe... moreThe hype is all about the iphone 8, but 1/3 iPhone users I know are after the "s" devices. They go from iphone 4s to 5s (or straight) to 6s even if the 7 is out. This is because traditionally the s versions are much more refined. iPhone are commonly used as work/company phones and in this case the "s" models are more suitable.
Plus with Samsung charging 1000$ for the Note8, I expect apple to do the same for the ip8. 7s should keep the price of 7.

most people on here are so stupid buying new phones every year, if you look into the company more closely the updates for one with iPhones they keep updating there old phone for a while then stop updating that's the point you change your phone not every year when a new one is released but because so much of you a so blind to see that that's how they make there profit think outside the box people

I was a iPhone fanboy from the IP4 days and have used all the models till 6S. But recently moved to Android - only because of pathetic battery life. I am a heavy user for calls, messaging and office emails using Outlook and it barely lasted me till 4PM with 100% charged around 7:30AM. With OP5 now and getting 1.5 days of solid usage.

                            nah (..I..)

IOS is a dumb system that locks everything a user can do thus faking it to look like it is simple so that ignorant people or non-tech savvy will buy into it. (ex. dumb blondes)

Android on the other hand ... yes i agree is not as smooth as IOS but you are given the options to customize practically everything. with it customisable is what made it rather slow at times BUT it is worth every penny that a crap (IOS) which you can't do anything with.

with all polarizing opinion aside on a neutrality P.O.V., the only way IOS (the system not the lame phone) can truly be the OS King is to make it 100% open source like Android.Period

Hmmmmmm I agree, All the focus seems to be on the IPhone 8 or X whatever its going to be. Wireless charging welcome to the 21St century Apple! Awful camera hump and I hope that's nice shiny strong sapphire glass you was meant to put in IPhones a few years ago,Otherwise lots of scratches!

As for the iPhone 7s and 7s+ does anybody know anything about these phones?

iOS is the main reason iPhone still is the most wanted phone . The simplicity of the operation system is no match for the other tech giants. I have iPhone 6S, and after two years that phone outperforms most of the modern Samsungs. Android will become N1 one day, if they clean and simplify their OS.
