Just makes me laugh at you even more. So whats your excuse now? I clearly proved you wrong in which Nokia is rehired to pay Microsoft royalty fees and that only one analyst has stated thatbwindows phone 7 will dominate. I can post links to validate my statement again, but you'll just get embarrassed and report it to have it removed ;)

            [deleted post]Agree

I love Nokia, but was sleeping and future pass by Nokia side and they don't do nothing about it....

I hope they gain some market now with WP7, maybe the way is going to be
hard and slow, but they can be sure this will be the right track..

I m using and Android device right now and I like it, has a lots of weakpoints and I can't say is a perfect OS, damn! I sold my Atrix 4G because they lagg a lot with the new version of Android and get another one with 2.2 is more stable...too bad :( and my iPhone and Nokia stlll working like a champ :D

Anonymous, 30 May 20111. You obviously don't even read the articles, you just see... more1. Nokia is not going to buy a License itself, is a full featured partner of Microsoft working togheter in make the OS and the right hardware for it...

              http://www.microsoft.com/presspass/press/2011/feb11/02-11partnership.mspx

Do some research first. I can flood this entire place of people announcing PARTNERSHIP nor Licencing....

              2. Not only one guy, the entire phone market is waiting for this...I never say Android will dissapear that's will be bad, but If you read "again" Microsoft has an entire market and experience to get over any OS at any time. Google only has the phone and search experience Microsoft has more than that...

              http://mastersolutionproviderusa.com/smartphones/windows-7-phone/6748-top-three-ways-mango-will-lure-you-to-a-windows-phone
              http://www.sync-blog.com/sync/2011/05/windows-phone-7-mango-specs.html

Equal I can flood this entire place of people , magazines and other media saying the reaparance of Microsoft will be a great benefit for Phones Industry...And this version of WP is the best OS yet released with a lots of goodies...

              3. When android cames to market was ONLY 3 or 5 devices...same will be to Microsoft OS, I will be carful to say this but, as long as Manufactures and carrier see the Microsoft potential MORE and more phones will come to market, don't be so confident in the quantity of Android phones because this can change at any moment...And remember in the past the most wantes phones was the WMP 6.0/6.5 devices...

People like you among others only came to Nokia blogs to say How wonderful is Android and Apple Os, I still remember Android 1.5 and 1.6 and was a total CRAPP WITH CAPITAL LETTER, now things have changed, but is time more players appears and see better OS's....

And Applo OS still full of restrictions to be considered one excellent OS...But who cares who's better, I only care a good phone with good OS, nothing fancy, just good working one :D

AnonD-4697, 30 May 2011Well, If nokia is so dead..why microsoft sign a millionare ... more1. You obviously don't even read the articles, you just see articles with titles like "Nokia... something...something" and reply in it about how glorious Nokia is. Microsoft deal with Nokia goes like this, Microsoft will give Nokia $1billion IN ADVERTISEMENT funds, however NOKIA WILL PAY MICROSOFT in licensing fees for every phone Nokia has that runs their OS platform. So Nokia still gets a pretty good as they don't need to worry about advertisement funds.

                2. How many experts say that WP7 will dominate? Like 1 guy that nobody knows, funny how when these so called "experts" says something that benefits Nokia you call them "experts", yet when they say something negative you write it off as morons or being biased. How many analyst have forecast that Android will continue to dominate the smartphone OS platform for the next 5 years? Tons, so are these guys "experts" too, if not how come?

                3. Why would Samsung, HTC, LG, and Motorola not announce smartphones running windows 7? Its a market with still potential for them to gain market share. Just because they're releasing phones for it doesn't mean they believe that WP7 will beat Android, its because if someone wants a WP7 device they can offer it. How many WP7 devices are these companies releasing versus Android devices? I bet you can see a big difference in ratio can you not or is simple math beyond your comprehension?

Funny how you talk about this person being intoxicated, seems to me most of the time Nokia fanboys are the one intoxicated. They can't even come to terms with reality that Nokia is a dying brand and no one really cares about it anymore. Sales decline sequentially quarter over quarter.

AnonD-4697, 30 May 2011Well, If nokia is so dead..why microsoft sign a millionare ... moreAn sure there's a millions of Symbian users, in fact, there's more Symbian and PockePC/WP Blogs and sites than any other plataform...so, Millions can't be wrong..or are they?

Is sad to see people that are affraid of a new and maybe more dominant OS and the 2nd coming of a great company as Nokia...

No other companie catch too much people like Nokia, I like Samsung and Motorola, but I recognize Nokia has a name that is hard to beat..Now sorry but WP7 has over 500 updates including removing ALL the restrictions...And this is something apple just keep doing in all the versions since 2.xxx to 4.xx....

And not just to sell a Licence, is a parner with Nokia to design "special" phones for WP7!!

Why experts says WP7 will DOMINATE the phone market...and this is published in ALL phones magazines (not ony Android/Apple OS payrolled)

And why Samsung, LG, HTC, Motorola, Acer, etc, etc..are annoucing WP7 phones Including Galaxy W, Galaxy W 3D, HTC HD7 3D, Sony Xperia W, LG Omina W7 among others?

hmmm too much tequila for this person, is already allucinating with green persons or an apple hits his head and now is allucinatig just like Steve Jobs ..

I appreciate that you happen to 'have an opinion', however, this your opinion is not relevant to the article itself and also not to other people. If you can't hold back, write Elop a personal email! Other than that, your 'personal opinion' won't change a thing - the phone is going to launch in the US with or without your approval!

                      BTW:
There are still millions of happy Symbian users around the globe. They do not have the same requirements for their phones as you seem to have and they sure enjoy their 'dying platform'.

                      Have a nice day! :-)

What you're witnessing ladies and gentlemen are the last convulsions of a dying company.

Symbian - First they killed it, then they revived it, then they handed it over to the third party, then killed it, now they're saying they'll keep it till 2016.

                        MeeGo = Shockmaster... http://www.gifsoup.com/webroot/animatedgifs/290460_o.gif

WP7 - Who cares? It offers nothing over the iPhone yet offers the same negatives the iPhone does. Plus Samsung and HTC will make phones with better hardware than "256MB, ARM 11" Nokia.

Nokia has no clue what to do, they simply have no answer to Apple and Google. So they start releasing old hardware with new makeup... that doesn't even look great, I'd still take a normal iPhone 4 over this "Oro".

Nokia is finished folks, you're going to see a couple of more of these type of convulsions and then Nokia will be done.
