      Omg !!!!!! 69K for a smartphone ??? .... Gaming Laptops in India start @ 70K ....Note 8 is a beast with advanced hardware and software ..but still 69K is way too much for an average Indian ...Hope we had US like contracts in India :P .......

          Maybe for the first time, all this new launch fuss hasn't even decreased the price of Samsung Galaxy S7 edge.
          That is shameful. Even after so many years, haven't Samsung recovered the R&D costs of S7 edge?

          Note 8 seems ok around 60,000 because they should not enter the gaming laptops category in pricing. 70k is not exactly great pricing, but ok, considering its new.

            [deleted post]S-pen and dual camera are novelties for you? S8+ 6gb version is available at 65900 or even S8 @57900 are far better VFM now. A secondary camera which doesn't provide any value addition other than background blurring and an S-Pen many rarely use doesn't warrant that big price difference. Being rich isn't enough, what you do with that money is what matters.

              When S8 was released prices of S7 pair came down so that S8 can be sold at S7's original price slot. I expected the same with Note8, Note8 being sold at S8+'s starting price. But even 70k is too much. This crazy pricing for flagships which goes on increasing every year, doesn't warrant purchase. It's better to buy older flagships or wait until next one comes and buy this year's flagship.

                  Now this is a much better and much close of a guess ..
                  Since the S8 + 6gb dropped to 65900 the price bracket of 69900 to 70900 is very much open to Note 8 now.
                  And for 74900 price i think they will keep it for the 128 gb variant.
                  Regarding the wireless charger i dont think it will be a good move by samsung once again.Why do injustice to only India?
                  At least a Dex or 128 gb card along with wireless charger shud be given as being done in America and Europe.
