The three colours within the Apple Logo are all shaped like a phone. This is confirmation of one (or two) things:
1) There will definitely be 3 phones launched (unlike rumours stating that the iPhone 8 won't be launched until later)
AND/OR
2) The displayed colours will be the colours available for the new phones (whether that's the 7S or 8)
