Yes it does check out LG's G6 SD825 2016 processor in a 2017 flagship!!! Lol. All the people who bought those obviously didn't want to wait for a 2017 phone.
The G6 was such a mistake they will be giving them away soon haha. To point out the Note FE a recovery phone from last year sold out in 2 months!!
Also demand for FE is still high! Unlike the G6 which was 'ahem' a 2017 flagship lol.

It is not an refurbished phone,all Note's 7 would be recycled!
Its new production phone,by simply utilizing excess parts (or parts that cannot be canceled) from the suppliers,and produced on the very same Note 7 line.
