The original rumor was that K8 Note will see Helios X23 which would've made it a high performance ace at a "steal price"... This is the reason I kept this phone in my bookmark.
Now, they're saying it is P25, which is still better than SD625, but barely. Add 3GB RAM to the equation and things seem mostly equal to Mi A1 (Note 5X with stock Android).
And, how will this phone deal with Snapdragon 660 or SD 653?

Lenovo murdered a perfectly good K8 Note by putting an inefficient Mediatek X23 SOC, now hardly any sales are coming. Same it is doing with K8 Plus, again a Mediatek SOC. It. Too will be utter failure. Lenovo needs to study and take lessons from Xiaomi in India Mobile market space. Better fire your mobile designers. And recruit new with fresh ideas.
