It's bigge... moreNew slyiphone ? its not even out, all slyiphones have maaaaaasive bezells, Samsung have had tiny screen to phone ratio since the s6 edge, and these pratts that are handed these stories to print by slyiphone, have the ordacity to try and make it look like Samsung making bezell less screens are copying slyiphone. Well go on then, go to any shop and bring me a slyiphone without maaaaaaasive bezells. How on earth did their name get even mentioned in this story, let alone lied about as though they pushed the envelope-answer $

Wow, many android users seems to think that apple was the one copying this cutouts.
Apple being the most profitable tech company will design a product for 2017 for only a year?
Can’t grasp the fact that every apple flagship has been on the table for years, i mean as of now, they were even designing for iphone 2020. Their product is already on the table, carefully planned and waiting for the time to come out. Apple is competing with itself. See when they make a keynote of their product, they compare iphone with their previous phones. Unlike android phones where every keynote should always compare how superior their specs to iphone. Because every goddamn phone company wants to be an apple. An apple with a billion user base and loyal customers whom do not even care about other.

Apple should better keep their bezels because it's Apple's design.
And i'm not an fan of Apple. If Apple switch up to bezelless design nobody would recognize it from the front.
My current phone is a Nexus 5x and i like it how it is.
I want a place to stick my hands without touching my screen and this is how i like it. LG's infinity design is also cool but nothing more than that.

Sorry your Apple was a nice imaginary image,there are already real phones out with this cut.
iPhone 8 will come out with those biggest bezels that existed until today in all iPhones and 720p screen.
Anyway no bezels is not a good idea,you will not be able to hold the phone without touching the screen.

Ugly and distracting. Is this the best solution technology can offer. They made enough money from their smartphone business to spend some of it on real development and innovative solutions.

The main display should end where the corners start with the rest dedicated to status, clock, camera, buttons and the like. No need for a cutout.
