i paid $500 to own a nice phone, speaker broke within 30 days. T-mobile replace it, the phone stopped working within 30 days....as I realized during conversation with t-mobil technical support, they sent me a second hand phone as replacement....I repeat, I paid $500 in their store! They said they can only replace it by a refurbished and can not give me a new phone, they are sorry...What can I do?

What is the difference between HTC Sensation and HTC Sensation 4G? Based on camparison I don't see any difference... Please let me know...

This is so funny. People saying that Android is boring and all HTC phones have the same design. Is there an Apple fanboy talking? iOS is the most boring OS out there. Also Samsung makes ugly phones. It's nothing but plastic which makes it feel cheap.

Whats wrong with people? Nokia was the one making the same old monotonous phones for a long time starting with its N-Series lineup. Only changing shapes and location of hardware does not mean anything, specs need to be better too.
What HTC is doing is creating a standard which is comfortable, may not be for all but for a good number of people and they are successful (Read their balance sheet for the last quarter). Nokia is not doing anything starkly different, they are a puppet of Microsoft and will do exactly as MS tells them. Now That's a Shame! No wonder they have never made even 1 Android phone, they would be super at it if they really put their resources to it.
SonyEricsson, Samsung, Motorola, HTC, Acer, Dell, LG all have made Androids because we know that more than 40% of the mobile users would be Android based soon. iPhone cant beat that with 1 product and so cannot blackberry with their limited Hardware and Software distribution rights.
The only competitor would be MS and their Ace-card is Nokia which they will use for flooding the mobile market with Windows Mobile 7 to beat Android.
People - Get this straight - The War is and has been Between MICROSOFT AND GOOGLE, Period.

htc sensation now selling for $850 australian on mobicity.com.au..... it is sim free and unlocked. they have it in stock way before sites like clove and handtec....weird

I agree with comment above, all htc phones look the same and smell the same. I like the brand but they should change something with design. Btw all android phones are a bit boring now dont you think?

Yes there are differences but very subtle. Same design is fine as long it doesn't copying other. Xperia, HTC, Audi, BMW, same one design but very original.

why change the design if it is already pretty good. The only way to improve it in my opinion is to make the sensation in a unibody siilar to htc mozart as opening the phone up to change the sim/battery is a nightmare on the new one. otherwise, the only better looking phone is probably iphone 4 but most people cover it up with the case to avoid it shattering to pieces if dropped accidentally.
I dropped my mozart on the pavement and it does not even have a scratch on it.
