So basicaclly the PiP is avlialble for no one cause no one has Android Oreo.
I been waiting for nougat since long time ago now Oreo?

The PiP functionality is only available on Android devices running Oreo.
And exactly how many devices are on Oreo right now? Maybe 5 and only current or previous year flagships will get Oreo so what's the point exactly.

I've been using this on my Nexus 6P running Oreo. The sad thing is, when you minimize the video to PiP mode, your video is paused for the other user. Kind of pointless that way.
