Also same with 4 and 5 that had more of a desing change to the 6.
But when I saw the keynote and they finished about the iphone 8 i really was like "dafuq apple, is this it? is this all you are gonna do with the 8 ?"
I was really dissapointed when they quickly cleared the 8.

While others may introduce half-baked new features for the sake of being the first to market, Apple generally bring polish to most of its new stuff rarely matched by other manufacturers.
There is a reason why people pay premium prices for Apple products and if you actually use one, you might understand.

The iPhone X with iOS11 is going to be the biggest iPhone update ever.
After four years being in love with Android, I am going back to iOS and making the iPhone X my daily driver. Going to sell off my Pixel, S7 edge, and Note 3. My work phones will be my iPhone SE & X (SEX). Planning to keep my LG G5 and V20 thanks to removable battery, FM radio, and IR blaster. I already have Google Photos, so I don't need alot of storage. A 64gb black X for me.
I feel like I'm betraying Android. Not really. Is it a crime to use them both and not pick a side? I would still have 6 Android phones anyway if I sell off three of them. I can never let go of SwiftKey, Nova Prime, MX Player Pro, GPlayer, TubeMate, and the many hardware features on certain Androids. Just call it a happy threesome with two wives during certain times. It's like being a fan to both The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones or Marvel and DC.
Gesture swipes is what I am looking forward to most with the iPhone X. I figure if I had my Pixel, it would feel redundant because X is the same dimensions as it but with a 0.8" bigger display, waterproofing, and 2x Telephoto to go nicely with my LG wide-angle. S7e and Pixel need to go. The iPhone 10 is the best smartphone of 2017 even if iOS isn't my preference for the last four years. Happy 10 years, iPhone.
2016 LG with removable battery & IR blaster + 2017 iPhone SE + X for the rest of the decade. It's easy to find places to replace an iPhone battery. Apple/LG user. Perfect mix. Screw the haters.

Reason why I prefer my LGs at home now is mostly to prolong their lives longer. Barring no boot loops, I plan to use them for a decade thanks to removable battery. My X will be used as mostly a WiFi hotspot anyway for work and at home. Degrade its battery much faster. Only on occasion will I bring my LGs since I prefer typing on them and for multimedia playback.

Your kids can unlock your phone and buy things just point the phone at your face while you are sleeping.. This face unlock will fail.. Worst thing is they don't even have fingerprint scanner as backup
