Anonymous, 11 Sep 2017My iphone 4s is even faster than Samsung S8I think apple are creating fast chipsets but only for their system. Hence, if you put an A10 or A11 on an Android phone like a Note 8 for example, it might not run smoothly or as fast as it runs on an iOS device.

What's the use, it's like running Symbian on i5 processor. Don't change much as the overall functionality and possibilities are still very limited.

The chips may be fast but IOS is still the dinosaur of the cell phone world. No matter how fast it becomes, it is still just obsolete software from the 90s iPod era. It's the equivalent of running Windows 3.1 on your laptop. The fan boys and girls never bother to look outside their i-universe so they have no idea what they're missing.

Decoding is is where all the stress comes.
Nokia 808 can encode 1080p (It capture 1080p@30fps video), so sure it can decode too .
Screen resolution is irrelevant in this qustion.

Wellcome to the #hexacore family! as much as I'd like to haev it as a 4+4. it needs readjustment to get to 8 cores. don't you agree?

It isn't a replacement for those wanting to run the applications they run on their Macs or PC's. It probably suits you and whatever you have in mind. Not everyone needs a PC and not everyone thinks their android device is going to replace one anytime soon, maybe one day but not just yet.

I love android and its freedom but can't help but appreciate Apple for this amazing chips they designed. Easily 2 years ahead of qualcomm and gap is widening each year. Almost as power as the intel cpu's in Macbook Pros. Might have to look into iOS next time I buy.

Now back to the other topic. If they sell the 6s plus for 445 now that means that you can easily sell it for 300 NOW! This price is 2 years after it's been released. Now Georgio said that he sold his in mint condition for 300 pounds, last year, just ONE year after the phone was released. There you can tell he is either lying or greatly undersold his phone. s7 edge is newer than the 6s plus and it is being sold for less. To end this discussion and prove my point, on the same website for the 2015 galaxy s6 32gb in unlocked and in mint condition you get £129 cash just £3 more than the 2013 32gb iphone 5S!!! Please do your research again to see if I am lying.
